What certifications do your products have?
All our products carry CE certification for the European market. We are ISO 9001 certified for quality management, and our electrical products are RoHS compliant. We also provide SGS third-party testing reports upon request. If you need specific regional certifications (e.g., SASO, SONCAP), we can arrange testing.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes! We encourage clients to evaluate samples before committing to bulk orders. Sample fees vary by product — typically the unit price plus shipping. For serious buyers planning bulk orders, we may waive or refund the sample cost against the final order.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ varies by product, typically 50-100 units per model. For new partnerships, we can accommodate smaller trial orders (20-50 units). OEM/ODM custom orders have higher MOQs depending on the customization required — usually 200-500 units.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Absolutely. OEM (branding with your logo) and ODM (custom product development) are core parts of our business. We can customize colors, power specifications, packaging, and even develop entirely new models based on your requirements. MOQ varies by customization level.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment). For established clients, we offer more flexible terms including L/C at sight. We accept payment in USD, EUR, and CNY. Other arrangements can be discussed for long-term partnerships.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight for urgent orders, and express courier (DHL/UPS/FedEx) for samples and small quantities. We can ship on FOB, CIF, or DDP terms based on your preference. Our logistics team handles all documentation including certificate of origin.
How long does delivery take?
Production lead time is typically 15-30 days after order confirmation, depending on quantity and customization. Sea freight to Europe: 25-35 days, Middle East: 15-25 days, South America: 30-40 days. Air freight: 5-10 days worldwide. Express: 3-7 days.
